The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including advanced development, system architecture, and integration capabilities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, high-quality ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and IT standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Implement integration solutions between ServiceNow and other business systems.
- Conduct system configurations and customizations to enhance the ServiceNow platform's capabilities.
- Provide expert advice on ServiceNow best practices, design principles, and implementation strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow environment.
- Lead technical aspects of project delivery, including coding, script writing, and process automation.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable, adhering to enterprise architecture standards.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; or 4+ years of related work experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in ServiceNow development and consulting
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, Developer, or similar role.
- Certification in ServiceNow System Administration, Application Development, or Implementation Specialist is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP).
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and custom application development.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex integrations.
