As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will utilize your ServiceNow knowledge and experience to design, develop and deploy solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. You will work with a collaborative team, mentoring associates and ensuring development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality. You will work with customer service owners, process owners and various service delivery groups and participate in demos and meetings in a professional and courteous manner. There is an expectation of at least 25% travel.
Responsibilities
- Participate on project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Participate in development and testing activities on ServiceNow with limited supervision.
- Participate in the design of complex solutions.
- Participate in the creation of written deliverables.
- Participate in client workshops.
- Participate in client demos and working sessions.
- Influence direct team members and external customers regarding policies, best practices and procedures.
- Support senior team members and project leaders.
- Obtain and maintain certifications with associated qualifications.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project collateral.
- Contribute to scoping, planning, and methodology for critical projects.
- Communicate with external customers involving moderately complex negotiation and explanation of deliverables.
- Work to influence direct team members and external customers at an operational level regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in a given area (as measured by certification/approved training completion/proven abilities).
- Strong development skills on the ServiceNow platform.
- Moderate skills integrating ServiceNow with third party tools.
- Strong knowledge on at least one ServiceNow suite.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong project and situational awareness.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter.
- Able to travel of at least 25%.

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
