ServiceNow Tester
As a ServiceNow Tester, you will utilize your extensive testing expertise and experience to design and define test cases for customers utilizing the ServiceNow platform. You ensure testing efforts are well documented and delivered with quality, owning the overall outcome of your projects
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to conduct testing
- Create and maintain manual test cases
- Create and maintain ATF
- Maintain documentations and Knowledge articles related to testing processes
- Mentor more junior members of the team
- Acts as the testing SME and QA point of contact for the customer
- Collaborate with developers to ensure proper execution of test cases
- Adds value to client by providing consultation in regards to testing strategy and improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Business process experience on at least one suite and at least two process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform
- Strong functional knowledge on at least one ServiceNow suite
- Able to understand business requirements and translate to test cases
- Certified System Administrator (Preferred)
- Experience with creating ATF test cases (Preferred)
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong project and situational awareness
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
