At Advisor360°, we build technology that transforms how wealth management firms operate, scale, and serve their clients. As a leading SaaS platform in the fintech space, we’re trusted by some of the largest independent broker-dealers and RIAs to power the full advisor and client experience—from portfolio construction and reporting to compliance and client engagement.

What sets us apart? It's not just the tech (though it's best-in-class). It's the people, the purpose, and the passion behind everything we do.

We’re a team of builders, thinkers, and doers who believe that great companies are defined by the stories they tell and the experiences they create—internally and externally. We bring deep industry expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to innovation as we reshape what’s possible in wealth management.

As we grow, we’re looking for teammates who are ready to roll up their sleeves, think big, and help elevate our brand in a way that reflects the bold ambitions we have for our company and the clients we serve. Join us, and be part of a company that's not only moving fast—but making it count.

This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.

We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Platform Manager to own, evolve, and harden our ServiceNow platform. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, development, and delivery, with direct accountability for production stability, technical quality, and scalable outcomes.

You will collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Own the ServiceNow platform end-to-end, including architecture, configuration, upgrades, releases, and production stability.
  • Provide people leadership and technical direction for ServiceNow engineers and contributors, including coaching, prioritization, and day-to-day guidance.
  • Design, build, and refactor solutions using server-side and client-side scripting, Flow Designer, and integrations.
  • Enforce best practices across Flow architecture, scripting, table design, security, performance, scalability, and upgrade safety.
  • Lead production releases, upgrades, and major incident / crisis handling.
  • Drive process migrations and platform transitions (e.g., Catalog → CSM).
  • Own Knowledge Management (KB) strategy, including structure, lifecycle, governance, and alignment with CSM and self-service.
  • Collaborate on backlog and sprint management, including requirements refinement, prioritization, estimation, sprint planning, and delivery readiness.
  • Perform technical quality gates, including code reviews, Flow and logic reviews, and Update Set validation.
  • Maintain platform governance, standards, and overall technical quality.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years of strong hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
  • Proven experience in a people management role, with a track record of leading, coaching, and developing high-performing technical teams.
  • Server-side scripting (Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Glide APIs).
  • Client-side scripting (Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions).
  • Deep understanding of ACLs, roles, and data access models.
  • Experience with Flow Designer (architecture, performance, maintainability).
  • Strong knowledge of table design, relationships, and data modeling.
  • Proven experience with system upgrades, patching, and release management.
  • SSO/authentication experience (SAML, OAuth).
  • Experience working with ITSM and CSM; basic familiarity with ITOM is a plus.
  • Experience and familiarity with REST / webhook–based integrations; Jira integration experience is a plus.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

It’s not just about work—it’s about building a career and enjoying the ride! Here’s what you can expect:

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
