This role will contribute to the development of dynamic portal components using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement impactful, scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Location: Remote (U.S. based only)

  • Job Type: Full Time

  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship Required

  • Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance or Higher Clearance

Responsibilities:
  • Service Portal Development: Design and develop custom widgets and interactive components using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS within ServiceNow.

  • Advanced Customization: Deliver high-code solutions that support modern, user-friendly portal experiences.

  • System Integration: Build and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external services through APIs.

  • Collaborative Delivery: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional, tested implementations.

  • Agile Development: Contribute to sprints and development cycles with clean, maintainable code.

  • Debugging & Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize portal components for performance and usability.

  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain technical documentation and participate in internal knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret clearance.

  • 2–4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal.

  • Strong proficiency in AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.

Preferred:
  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator).

  • ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer).

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for professional development within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
