As a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, you will utilize your extensive business process expertise and experience to design and define customer solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. You will drive a collaborative team leading and ensuring development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality, owning the overall outcome of your projects. The ServiceNow Senior Business Process Consultant is an experienced subject matter expert and focuses on design and delivery of value-added integration and consultative services in the area of Enterprise solutions, designing, deploying and integrating various product sets. There is an expectation of at least 25% travel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Lead complex programs of multiple resources
- Lead in the architecture and design of complex solutions
- Lead the creation of written deliverables
- Lead client demos and working sessions
- Lead client workshops as process expert
- Escalation point for project team
- Work to influence team members, broader internal team, and external customers, likely including senior management, to agree and accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
- Obtain and maintain certifications with associated qualifications
- Identify and communicate opportunities
- Provide thought leadership to Ahead and our customers
- Communicates with external customers, which may include top management, on matters that require explanation, interpretation, and / or advising
- Generate differentiated marketing thought leadership for marketing
- Craft innovative and high impact solutions for complex client programs, relying on large teams to implement
- Contribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies
Qualifications:
- Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform
- Business process expertise on at least one suite and at least two process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform
- Recognized expertise in own area within the organization
- Strong functional knowledge on at least one ServiceNow suite
- Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong project and situational awareness
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter
- Able to travel of at least 25%

- Utilized by presales for opportunity identification, scoping and positioning services and products including opportunities across practices and engages pre-sales to begin new campaigns that cross practices
- Primary contributor to complex workshops that span multiple practice areas inside of AHEAD
- Provide advanced data or situational analysis that requires the evaluation of intangibles
- Drive scoping, planning, and methodology for critical projects
- Work on impactful and unique issues

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
