As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will utilize your extensive business process expertise and experience to design and define customer solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. You ensure development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality, owning the overall outcome of your projects
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical specification
- Assist with client demos, working sessions, and workshops
- Maintain documentations and Knowledge articles
- Contribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies
Qualifications
- Business process experience on at least one suite and at least two process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform
- Strong functional knowledge on at least one ServiceNow suite
- Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools
- Certified System Administration (preferred)
- Two years of experience in ServiceNow (minimum)
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong project and situational awareness
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter
- Able to travel of at least 25%
The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
