QualificationsRequirements:
- Hands on experience in Enterprise Level ServiceNow ITAM & ITOM architecture and Design and define implementation steps / road-map
- Experience in working in ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM, Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Service mapping, and CMDB Development
- ServiceNow Integration: ServiceNow ITOM integration with third-party tools automation, data collection and correlation, administration, configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in Integration Hub, Flow Designer, CSDM with comprehensive experience in enterprise API development, workflow automation, and Common Service Data Model alignment ensuring complete infrastructure visibility
- Expert-level knowledge of ITAM, SAM Pro, HAM Pro for comprehensive IT Asset Management, software license optimization, and hardware lifecycle management with automated discovery and reconciliation
- Ensure data integrity and 100% accuracy within the CMDB for all hardware assets, including CI relationships and attributes. Experience in CMDB dashboard analysis and maintenance for CMDB workspace, CMDB and CSDM data foundation, discovery workspace, and CMDB health Dashboard.
