The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation - Technology Delivery team you are responsible for leading the design and implementation of architectural and application delivery solutions. As a Senior Manager, you guide large projects, enhance processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level to drive project success. You utilize your knowledge in cloud application architecture, microservice orchestration, and emerging technologies to influence and develop successful teams, contributing to the overall success of the firm.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 6 years of experience in progressive roles managing IT system/software development and project management processes
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, or Computer Programming preferred
- Demonstrating skill in designing architectural and application delivery
- Exhibiting proficiency in Software Development Lifecycles and methodologies
- Utilizing advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Possessing experience in protecting intellectual property and disaster recovery
- Knowledge of cloud application architecture and PaaS services
- Building and influencing relationships with senior leaders
- Designing, building, and deploying cloud-centric solutions
- Understanding of relational and document database knowledge

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
