About the Role
We’re looking for an SEO Specialist to join our growing performance team and support an increasing portfolio of client accounts.
This role is primarily focused on SEO, working closely with our Head of SEO to execute and scale organic strategies across multiple industries. As we continue signing new accounts, you’ll play a key role in maintaining quality, momentum and results.
Ideally, you’ll also bring a solid foundation in PPC (Google Ads in particular), providing occasional backup support when needed. While SEO is the core focus, having cross-channel performance knowledge will make you especially valuable within our team.
This is a remote-friendly role and does not require you to be based in Malta.
What You’ll Do
- Support and execute SEO strategies across multiple client accounts
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and opportunity mapping
- Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with development teams to implement recommendations
- Optimise on-page elements including metadata, internal linking, content structure and performance improvements
- Work closely with content and studio teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in production
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance metrics, providing clear and actionable reports to internal teams and clients
- Identify growth opportunities and proactively recommend improvements
- Stay up to date with algorithm updates, industry changes and evolving best practices
- Provide light PPC support when required (campaign monitoring, optimisation, or coverage during team absences)
- Contribute to building scalable, repeatable SEO processes internally
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation and search intent strategy
- Experience working with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable collaborating with developers and understanding technical recommendations
- Clear communication skills, able to explain SEO insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Structured, analytical and proactive mindset
- Fluent in English
- Available to work between Monday and Friday, 8:30–17:00 CET
Nice to Have
- Solid background in PPC (Google Ads, performance campaigns, conversion tracking)
- Experience managing both SEO and PPC within a performance marketing environment
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify or similar)
- Experience working with international clients or multi-market campaigns
- Fluency in Arabic is beneficial
