About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced SEO Specialist to join our MedTech-focused marketing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for driving organic growth across multiple B2B healthcare accounts, improving visibility, traffic, rankings, and conversions.
You will work closely with content, design, development, paid media, and account management teams to ensure a unified and high-performing search strategy.
In addition to SEO execution, this role will also provide overflow support for website development projects, primarily using WordPress and Elementor.

You are analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented.
You understand how search engines work and enjoy turning data into actionable insights. You are comfortable managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
You communicate clearly, take ownership of performance outcomes, and are confident presenting results and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
You ideally have experience working with B2B clients, preferably in healthcare or technical industries where messaging and targeting require precision.
Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize website content, metadata, UX elements, and internal linking for strong on-page SEO
- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach
- Implement technical SEO improvements such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and structured data
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, BrightLocal and others
- Track KPIs including organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, conversion rates, and GEO visibility
- Provide performance reports and actionable insights to the account management team
- Conduct regular SEO audits and recommend ongoing improvements
- Align SEO strategy with paid media efforts for a unified search approach
- Drive improvements in visibility, clicks, and organic conversions, including CRO recommendations
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams to integrate SEO best practices
- Provide backup website development support using WordPress, primarily with Elementor
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Experience working with B2B clients (MedTech or healthcare experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Strong technical SEO knowledge, including schema and structured data
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, RankMath, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, BrowserStack and BrightLocal
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, especially Elementor
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Divi, Beaver Builder, Wix, or HubSpot CMS
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with international SEO and multilingual websites
- Front-end web development experience
- Google Analytics certification or other SEO-related certifications
- Advanced experience in WordPress development using Elementor
