About the job:
The SEO Specialist shall develop the overall SEO strategy, ideate and implement website content marketing initiatives (page content planning and strategy), platforms development specifically for the website, other online platforms and for all CRM and performance marketing initiatives aligned with the said strategy.
Main Duties:
- Collaborate plan creation and execution of content marketing strategies with the Regional Digital Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, campaigns team, branding team, and other BUs for the main website, CRM mailers and other platforms i.e. microsite and/ or mobile app for leads nurturing;
- In-charge of developing webpage content marketing ideas and translating it to various creative campaigns for websites, online platforms and mailers;
- Report Creation - website traffic, rankings, and key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahref platforms. Generate insights to refine strategies and improve organic performance.
- Manage the job order process of internal units for requests of producing webpage content materials
- Identify trends and insights, keep abreast of new creative marketing trends.
- Owner of the local CMS for website development; in-charge of the website’s UX/UI and ensuring leads nurturing activities on the website and the CRM are executed.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in project management, website development, and marketing tech
- Excellent communicator (both written & verbal) and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inspire new design executions
- A great storyteller with a strong consumer instinct
- Experience with any website CMS (Headless CMS - Kontent.AI and/or Traditional CMS like WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace).
- Proficient in Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console (GSC), Ahrefs and other SEO-related tools
