This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with company goals and target audience needs.


2. Keyword Research: Conduct extensive keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases to target. Understand user intent and tailor content to meet those needs.


3. Website Optimization: Ensure that the company's website is optimized for search engines, including on-page optimization (like meta tags, headings, and content quality) and technical optimization (like site speed, mobile-friendliness, and website architecture).


4. Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all content is SEO-friendly and aligns with overall SEO strategy. Advise on content marketing strategies to improve search visibility.


5. Link Building: Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and rankings.


6. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track and report on SEO performance. Analyze data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.


7. Competitor Analysis: Regularly perform competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market. Identify and capitalize on gaps in competitor strategies.


8. SEO Trends and Updates: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and best practices. Continuously adapt and refine SEO strategies accordingly.


9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and web development, to ensure a cohesive and effective online strategy.


10. Team Management and Training: Lead and manage any SEO team members, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality work.



Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience in SEO with a track record of successful SEO strategy implementation.

- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

- Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and insights.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
