As we continue to scale across new markets, we are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to drive organic growth and visibility across the Sporty Group digital ecosystem.

This role will focus on developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy, covering on-page, off-page, and technical aspects, to strengthen our presence in a competitive industry.

You’ll work cross-functionally with product, content, and marketing teams to ensure all initiatives are optimized for discoverability, engagement, and measurable business impact.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies that drive qualified traffic and improve visibility across multiple markets.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, discovery, and expansion to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Lead backlink acquisition and outreach strategies using platforms such as RhinoRank, Ocere, Zentury, etc.
  • Build and maintain a diverse, high-quality backlink profile through white-hat link-building practices.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices in all content initiatives.
  • Conduct content audits and optimizations to maximize search visibility and user engagement.
  • Manage tracking and measurement via GA4, GSC, GTM, and Ahrefs, analyzing performance and producing actionable insights.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied to new and existing features.
  • Optimize Google My Business listings and local visibility in key markets.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of proven SEO experience, across multiple countries or regions.
  • Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with tools such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs and SEMrush.
  • Solid understanding of website structure, crawlability, and link equity.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Even better if

  • Experience in the online sports betting, gaming, or entertainment industry.
  • Hands-on experience with RhinoRank, Ocere, Zentury, or similar outreach platforms.
  • Experience with international or multilingual SEO.
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads or SEM, and how organic and paid strategies complement each other.
