We help improve worldwide communication through accurate, localized translations, interpretation, and outsourcing services, and a wide variety of tailored language solutions for individuals, organizations, and businesses of all sizes.
We are seeking a Search Everywhere Optimization Manager, someone who understands that visibility today isn’t just about Google. It’s about showing up everywhere people search: Google, Bing, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, and all major AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini.

Responsibilities:

• Rank high-intent keywords and optimize entity-based visibility for both traditional and AI-driven searches.
• Build a unified Search Everywhere strategy that increases visibility across search engines, social platforms, and AI engines.
• Optimize content to appear in LLM-generated responses, citations, and AI overviews.
• Manage SEO and content alignment for Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and other discovery platforms.
• Improve technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
• Oversee ethical, high-quality link-building.
• Conduct advanced keyword clustering, competitor analysis, semantic analysis, and competitive marketing analysis of competitor behavior and online presence.
• Work closely with content, UX, and development teams to ensure clean architecture, strong user experience, and coordinated strategy.
• Perform comprehensive site analytics across all company websites using Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Conduct technical SEO audits for all company websites and produce monthly website error reports for the dev team.
• Create image optimization workflows in collaboration with the design team.
• Lead prospecting for link-building opportunities.
• Manage link-building outreach, negotiation, and all related communication.
• Develop content ideas for company blogs based on keyword research and trending industry topics.
• Collaborate on content development for link-building and SEO initiatives.
• Maintain outbound link structure by removing low-quality or obsolete external links.
• Monitor inbound/outbound link ratios to ensure a healthy backlink profile.
• Manage and optimize company presence on LinkedIn, gradually expanding optimization and management to additional social networks.
• Research social media best practices, competitive benchmarks, guideline creation, implementation, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct market research in collaboration with operations, dev, and UX/UI teams.
• Track site behavior and support testing initiatives with the UX/UI team.
• Contribute to the production of The Linguist Magazine.

Requirements: 

Proven success in ranking competitive keywords across multiple platforms.
Deep understanding of semantic SEO, entity optimization, and E-E-A-T.

• Experience creating content that performs well in AI summaries, answer boxes, and LLM outputs.
Knowledge of YouTube search optimization, social algorithm signals, and modern content indexing.
• Strong experience with technical SEO audits, Core Web Vitals, and structured data implementation.
• Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, and similar platforms.

Ability to build a strategy and execute.

• Experience with internal linking strategies, site architecture optimization, and website health maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for working with content, UX/UI, development, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, workflows, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience optimizing social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) based on research and performance data.
