Job Description
The Sentinel Future Capabilities LPO Program Manager is responsible for direct customer support to the Air Force/Government personnel on the Lead Project Officer (LPO) team as they work with the Sentinel program office and the National Nuclear Security Agency. The position requires strong leadership, program management and technical experience to support weapon development activities and integration efforts of the WXX program. Areas of responsibility may include the development and management of Military Characteristics and Stockpile to Target Sequence data and guidance through establishment of Cyber Security requirements and digital engineering environments. Organization and leadership of the Requirements Subgroup will involve development of detailed briefings for Air Force leadership and action officer duties of the subgroup and other groups as needed.
The Sentinel Program Office is acquiring new payload system suites (reentry vehicles and/or countermeasures). The key payload attributes include enhancements in accuracy, lethality, and ICBM Reentry System/Reentry Vehicle (RS/RV) interoperable operations. The WXX program will integrate with the newly developed payload.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Required education: Bachelors Degree.
  • 10 yrs experience in direct Program Management, 8 yrs with a Masters Degree.
  • Technical experience with military weapon systems (ability to understand/interpret technical data, read engineering diagrams/drawings).
  • Exceptional communication skills.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • STEM Degree.
  • Air Force/DOD/DOE acquisition experience.
  • Air Force Program management experience.
  • Cyber Security experience.
  • Cloud networking / Digital Engineering.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $103590 - $176130
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
