- Oversight and ownership of the operations at our Boston Office HQ
- Making our office a place our coworkers and guests love to come to
- General upkeep of all office common areas
- Liaison with building management, janitorial staff, and security
- Management of physical security processes
- Management of existing and new vendor relationships
- Facilities management - coordinating preventive maintenance and repairs
- Planning and executing all events and office vibe projects
- Helping support customer and other onsite events
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with local leadership and cross-collaborative partners
- Overseeing office safety and emergency preparedness procedures
- Space planning and management
- Management of local OpEx budget
- Supporting our Workplace Team strategy and taking lead on several global initiatives
- Helping to provide direction for team and guidance to other team members
- Helping to support Workplace Team OKRs and Rapid7's business objectives

- Prior experience with office coordination/management
