About the Opportunity ✍️
What You Will Do
Own day-to-day Workday HCM operations, including business processes, reporting, and issue resolution across the employee lifecycle
Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations with internal and external systems (e.g. Finance, Payroll, IT tools)
Configure and optimise Workday modules to support evolving business needs while maintaining system integrity
Identify inefficiencies and drive automation and system improvements to reduce manual processes
Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Talent, IT, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Support Workday bi-annual releases, including testing, documentation, and deployment of new features and functionality.
About You
3+ years of hands-on Workday experience across configuration and integrations
Experience across multiple Workday modules; Core HCM, Reporting, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, and Learning.
Strong experience with Workday integrations (e.g. APIs, EIBs, Workday Studio or similar tools)
Comfortable owning both system operations and technical improvements end-to-end
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system or data issues independently
Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into effective system solutions
