The Senior Website Marketing Manager will join the core B2B Marketing team to own the global website experience's end-to-end strategy, creation, and optimization. This critical role leads the evolution of a world-class digital presence, managing both internal resources and external development agencies. The mission is to ensure the website continually scales in capability, performance, and impact, driving business goals and enhancing the user journey for a fast-growing cybersecurity brand.
Responsibilities- Own the full lifecycle of website initiatives—from strategy and requirements through design, development, QA, and launch.
- Manage and guide external web development agencies and technical partners, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive website roadmap aligned to business goals, marketing priorities, and user needs.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics, projecting manage website initiatives to success completion.
- Oversee and guide rollout of new pages, content hubs, and microsites, ensuring alignment with brand, messaging, and conversion goals.
- Build select content on the website, including, but not limited to product pages, solution pages, category pages, lead magnets, and landing pages.
- Define and monitor key website KPIs, ensuring visibility across leadership and stakeholder teams.
- 7+ years in website management, digital marketing, or product ownership roles, ideally within B2B.
- Proven success leading end-to-end website initiatives spanning design, UX, development, and content rollout.
- Strong experience managing external web development agencies or contractors, including budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., ContentStack, Contentful).
- Solid understanding of UX, analytics, CRO, SEO (technical and content), GEO, and web performance optimization.
- Experience supporting the management and optimization of global or multi-language websites.
- Practical knowledge of implementing and upholding best practices in web accessibility and site speed.
- Demonstrated ability to build content directly on the website, including product pages, solution pages, and landing pages.
- Professional experience in the cybersecurity or enterprise technology sector.
- Font-end skills a bonus: HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js
