The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer to expand Everfit's visual language, credibility, and cultural presence by shaping how we show up in the world—through design that connects with coaches, athletes, and the communities that move people. This role isn't about making things look good in isolation or chasing trends. It's about building a distinctive, flexible visual system, translating intent into form, and making sure our design drives clarity, belief, and momentum.
Responsibilities:
- Shape and evolve Everfit's visual language—bold, differentiated, modern, deeply human—across brand, product, and marketing surfaces
- Translate strategy, insight, and product complexity into design that's clear, expressive, and memorable
- Create scalable design systems, frameworks, and principles that enable consistency without killing creativity
- Own visual execution for key moments: launches, campaigns, product storytelling, lifecycle, and flagship brand initiatives
- Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Product, Marketplace, and Partnerships to ensure design aligns with intent and experience
- Join brainstorms, pressure-test concepts, help solve problems, and shape direction before pixels are pushed
- Lead by treating design as a driver of clarity, belief, and momentum—knowing when to push visual boldness and when restraint creates more impact
Ideally, You:
- Have 5–8+ years of experience as a visual designer or senior visual designer, ideally in brand, product, or growth environments
- Possess a portfolio that shows range, from expressive brand work to precise, functional design
- Demonstrate strong instincts for composition, hierarchy, typography, color, and motion, with judgment to know what not to design
- Have experience collaborating cross-functionally with copywriters, strategists, product teams, and engineers
- Are comfortable working in fast-moving environments where clarity matters more than polish-for-polish's sake
- Create design work that's confident, intentional, and human—never ornamental, never generic
- Bring clear taste, a point of view, and interest in advocating for our audience's ambitions through design
- Care deeply about design and the role it plays in shaping culture and behavior
- Have created work that people recognize and systems that teams actually use
- Can zoom out to shape visual narrative and zoom in to sweat the details
- Want to help build a brand people feel part of, not just impressed by
