We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer with exceptional UI craft and a strong systems-thinking mindset. This role focuses on creating cohesive, scalable, and pixel-perfect visual solutions across web experiences, ensuring consistency, usability, and quality from concept through delivery. You will work closely with UX, Product, Engineering, and Program teams to translate ideas and requirements into refined UI designs that leverage existing design systems. This role is ideal for a designer who values precision, structure, and collaboration, and who enjoys working within complex digital ecosystems.
What you’ll be doing.
- Create high-quality UI and visual designs across web experiences, including layout, color, typography, hierarchy, and interaction.
- Apply strong UI craft to deliver pixel-perfect designs from early concept through final handoff.
- Work within established design systems and actively contribute to their maintenance, scalability, and evolution.
- Build, manage, and document components, patterns, and usage guidelines directly in Figma.
- Ensure visual consistency and cohesion across pages, flows, platforms, and devices.
- Define and maintain clean, well-structured Figma files, libraries, and clear design documentation to support team efficiency and handoff.
- Partner closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and Program teams to ensure designs are aligned, feasible, and ready for implementation.
- Present and clearly communicate visual and UI design rationale to stakeholders.
- Support sprint-based delivery while managing ad-hoc UI needs when required.
- Create, maintain, and scale a component-based design system to support consistent, high-quality UI across digital products.
What we’d like to see.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Visual and UI Design, with a strong focus on digital experiences and creating visually stunning designs.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, libraries, prototyping, and design system management.
- Strong mastery of visual and UI design principles, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven experience designing within large-scale, complex digital ecosystems.
- Experience creating cohesive UI across complex user flows and component-based systems.
- Hands-on experience contributing to and maintaining design systems at scale.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, especially Product and Engineering.
- Experience working closely with web development teams and understanding platform and technical constraints.
- Ability to balance creative exploration with structured, system-driven execution.
