Location: This position is remote within the United States.

As a Senior Visual Designer at Huge, you are a talented and driven professional that will create gorgeous, ground-breaking visual work that solves problems and pushes the boundaries of design. We expect you to strongly contribute to developing brand identities, creating stunning visuals for digital products and advertising materials, while working on your project teams and inspiring design teams to keep pushing themselves forward. Collaboration across disciplines is a daily practice, and you will maintain high standards for original concepts and detailed execution. This is a contract position that begins July 21st and ends September 12, 2025.

What you will do
  • Create compelling brand experiences through thoughtful visual design, UI elements, typography, color, layout, and interaction models.
  • Confirm and maintain proper folder structures, naming conventions, and database organization.
  • Validate with client points of contact which assets are approved for use, as they may be dispersed across multiple business unit databases.
  • Coordinate directly with client teams to manage asset access and validation.
  • Load finalized, edited images into the client’s asset management system.
  • Ensure all metadata and tags are accurate after images are processed through the script.
  • Perform thorough image quality assurance (QA) and maintain organized image libraries.
  • Design solutions for both simple and complex user tasks, across responsive web and mobile
  • Work within established brand guidelines while pushing creativity forward
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, and project management to bring designs to life
  • Deliver development-ready assets and support creative leads in production
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and new business pitches
  • Stay current with design trends and bring inspiration and knowledge to the broader team
  • Mentor junior designers and help foster a strong creative culture
What we expect from you
  • Proven production design experience.
  • Strong understanding of image retouching principles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing large-scale image libraries.
  • Confident in client-facing communication and coordination.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and accuracy.
  • 5+ years of experience designing outstanding digital experiences (responsive websites, mobile apps, etc.)
  • 2+ years working in an agency or consultancy setting
  • AI knowledge and experience is a big plus
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously (typically 2–3 at a time)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing clean, effective, and creative visual systems—please include a link and clearly indicate your role
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles, mobile standards, systems design, and agile development workflows
  • Familiar with accessibility standards and best practices
  • Passionate about design craft, branding, and scalable visual systems
  • Experience with transactional flows, purchase optimization, or other complex systems is a plus
  • Comfortable working with big brands and presenting work to clients
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and prototyping tools; motion design experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end technologies

This role is currently not available for hire or work in New Mexico, and Hawaii, USA.

The salary range for this position is as listed below. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
