Location: This position is remote within the United States.

We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join Huge and help shape innovative digital experiences for some of the world’s leading brands. This is a freelance position starting in mid-May and running through the end of June.

What you will do
  • Create compelling brand experiences through thoughtful visual design, UI elements, typography, color, layout, and interaction models
  • Design solutions for both simple and complex user tasks, across responsive web and mobile
  • Work within established brand guidelines while pushing creativity forward
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, and project management to bring designs to life
  • Deliver development-ready assets and support creative leads in production
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and new business pitches
  • Stay current with design trends and bring inspiration and knowledge to the broader team
  • Mentor junior designers and help foster a strong creative culture
What we expect from you
  • 5+ years of experience designing outstanding digital experiences (responsive websites, mobile apps, etc.)
  • 2+ years working in an agency or consultancy setting
  • AI knowledge and experience is a big plus
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously (typically 2–3 at a time)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing clean, effective, and creative visual systems—please include a link and clearly indicate your role
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles, mobile standards, systems design, and agile development workflows
  • Familiar with accessibility standards and best practices
  • Passionate about design craft, branding, and scalable visual systems
  • Experience with transactional flows, purchase optimization, or other complex systems is a plus
  • Comfortable working with big brands and presenting work to clients
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and prototyping tools; motion design experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end technologies

This role is currently not available for hire or work in New Mexico, and Hawaii, USA.

The salary range for this position is as listed below.
