We’re looking for a Senior Video Producer to join Webflow’s Education Video team. You’ll work with our product, curriculum, and other teams to make some of the best education videos in the tech space, and you’ll help scale our growing content catalog over on Webflow University to inspire and empower Webflow customers to build some of the best web experiences.

About the role:
  • Location: San Francisco, CA
    • Must be in-office 2-3+ days per week, and as needed for video productions

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $123,000 - $148,000

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As a Senior Video Producer, you’ll … 

  • Partner with instructional designers to develop educational video content that supports customer learning and adoption of the Webflow platform.
  • Translate high-level content outlines into clear, engaging, narrative video scripts, partnering with curriculum, product, and other stakeholders to refine and finalize the scripts.
  • Record voice over and capture screen recordings independently, partnering with cross-functional teams when necessary.
  • Edit and finalize videos, create video thumbnails, descriptions, keyword tags, captions, and stage the videos on Webflow University.
  • Facilitate and manage the end-to-end approval process for video content, from initial scripts through final production, ensuring alignment with curriculum, video, and product stakeholders.
  • Move quickly — produce and deliver high-quality, impactful, video at the team’s rapid cadence.
  • Use AI and other tools to automate and speed production of education videos, while maintaining the quality standards defined by the education video team.
  • Experiment to develop better ways to teach with video, finding new, more impactful approaches for customers.
  • Manage complex projects with multiple contributors and stakeholders, create in-depth project plans and lead them to completion across subject matter experts, curriculum, and other teams.
About you:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in video production in a fast-paced education or corporate video environment.
  • Practiced in editing audio and video in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer, Descript, Final Cut Pro, or other video and audio editing apps.
  • Skills with tools like After Effects, Figma, Keynote, Camtasia, Jitter, and ScreenFlow are a plus.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, in coordination with subject matter experts, instructional designers and others simultaneously.
  • Experience with Webflow is a major plus.
