What will you do?    
  • You will support the Account Management organization by
  • Creation and maintenance of Revenue Projection sheet, add new opportunities to CRM tool (Salesforce) and keep it updated, track and maintain all activities on CRM and/or InSight (SAM project)
  • Review of Weekly CRM Compliance and file RCA for Issues
  • Review Comments on PreSales/Account Management artifacts - proposals, contracts, etc.
  • Review of CRM projections daily/weekly with Executive Management
  • Reconciliation with Engineering organization of expectation of burn on weekly or as-needed basis (whichever is more frequent)
  • Review effectiveness of Engineering organization in their ability to meet customer expectations
  • Identify gaps in customer’s process that prevent effective Delivery Measure and Track customer satisfaction at a project and account level
  • Negotiate and execute Master Services Agreements and/or SOWs with customer
