We are seeking a visionary and operationally astute Senior Vice President, Offerings & Product Management to join our leadership team. This pivotal role will drive the strategic design, development, and full lifecycle management of our cutting-edge service offerings and the foundational cyber mesh platform. You will be instrumental in shaping the strategic packaging and evolution of our Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Exposure Management offerings. Furthermore, you will oversee the innovative design and continuous enhancement of our customer-facing portal, user experience, and the robust data frameworks that power our platform.
This executive leader will possess a proven track record of translating complex customer requirements into scalable, market-leading offerings that deliver tangible business outcomes. Collaborating closely with engineering and service delivery peers, and actively engaging with clients and partners, you will ensure our portfolio remains highly differentiated and at the forefront of the market.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision & Execution: Define and champion the long-term vision for the cyber mesh platform and its integrated service offerings, ensuring alignment with overarching company strategy and market demands.
- End-to-End Offering Leadership: Own the complete product lifecycle for MDR, IAM, and Exposure Management offerings, encompassing market analysis, strategic packaging, roadmap development, and successful go-to-market execution.
- Platform & User Experience Innovation: Direct the design, development, and continuous evolution of the customer portal, intuitive UX/UI, comprehensive data tagging, and the modular framework underpinning the cyber mesh platform.
- Customer & Market Engagement: Serve as a key executive sponsor and strategic thought partner for clients, systematically integrating customer insights and emerging market trends into our product strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing leadership to ensure seamless alignment and exceptional delivery of all offerings.
- Performance & Accountability: Establish and manage clear, measurable metrics and robust accountability mechanisms to drive success in critical areas such as customer retention, automation efficiency, SKU adoption, and operational excellence.
- Talent & Team Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, agile team of product managers, offering strategists, and UX/UI leaders, empowering them to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Maintain deep, proactive knowledge of the evolving cybersecurity and SaaS ecosystem, anticipating industry shifts to ensure our offerings consistently remain best-in-class.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in product management, offerings development, or platform strategy, with demonstrated success in scaling SaaS and/or large enterprise platforms.
- Industry Expertise: Profound knowledge of cybersecurity domains (e.g., MDR, IAM, identity security, exposure management) or highly relevant adjacent enterprise technologies.
- Leadership Competencies: Proven ability to lead and inspire large, agile teams; exceptional track record in driving cross-functional alignment; executive presence and superior communication skills suitable for engaging Fortune 500 clients and board-level discussions.
- Strategic & Operational Acumen: Equally adept at formulating long-term strategic vision and ensuring disciplined, metrics-driven execution through robust processes and accountability frameworks.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A history of direct, impactful engagement with enterprise clients to inform strategy, shape compelling offerings, and drive widespread adoption.
- Cultural Alignment: A values-driven leader who thrives in dynamic, high-performance, entrepreneurial environments, while bringing the necessary discipline to scale operations effectively.
