How Do You Fit In?

We are searching for a strategic and execution-driven marketing leader to drive integrated marketing excellence across all Fabletics channels globally. As SVP, Integrated Marketing, you will oversee brand marketing, social media, retail marketing, CRM, and PR ensuring cohesive, high-performing marketing execution that delivers measurable business results. You will focus on translating creative and brand strategy into omnichannel execution that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

In this high-impact executive role, you will work closely with the Brand President, Chief Creative Officer, Chief Growth Officer, and other cross-functional leaders to orchestrate aligned marketing initiatives across every consumer touchpoint. You will ensure that brand storytelling is executed flawlessly across digital, retail, and experiential platforms — partnering with the Creative organization on direction and the Growth team on performance alignment. You will also collaborate with the Retail organization to elevate in-store marketing and customer experience.

The ideal candidate combines creativity with data-driven execution, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a proven ability to deliver measurable marketing outcomes through cross-functional collaboration. This position reports to the Chief Creative Officer and partners closely with the Brand President.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing integrated marketing team across Brand and Retail Marketing, CRM, Social Media, Partnerships, and PR.

  • Orchestrate end-to-end marketing execution across owned, earned, and shared channels to ensure consistency, performance, and impact.

  • Partner with the Creative organization to bring the brand vision to life through cohesive campaign execution, ensuring creative excellence aligns with business goals.

  • Collaborate with the Retail organization to drive in-store marketing and customer experience initiatives that enhance engagement, traffic, and conversion.

  • Oversee CRM strategy and execution to optimize acquisition, retention, and loyalty across channels.

  • Lead PR and communications efforts to strengthen brand reputation and awareness.

  • Partner with Merchandising and Design to align marketing execution with key product and category strategies.

  • Build and manage relationships with external agencies to ensure best-in-class execution and integration across channels.

  • Establish marketing analytics frameworks, ensuring insights and data inform planning, optimization, and investment decisions.

What You Can Bring:

  • 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in retail or consumer brand marketing; fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry experience highly preferred.

  • Proven success leading integrated, cross-channel marketing execution.

  • Deep experience in brand strategy, creative collaboration, and omnichannel growth.

  • Strong analytical orientation and fluency in leveraging insights to inform creative and strategic decisions.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and marketing KPIs, including awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention.

  • Experience building and leading cross-functional go-to-market processes and marketing operating systems.

  • Collaborative, low-ego, and entrepreneurial mindset; skilled at influencing without authority across teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; advanced degree a plus.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
