We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Client Processing Manager to join our team. This role is located in Los Angeles, CA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Manage a margin team responsible for operational and regulatory compliance.
• Have strong knowledge of Federal Reserve Board, Regulation T, FINRA 4210 and SEC 15C3-3.
• Work closely with senior professionals across the enterprise, as the subject matter expert of Margin. 
• Help to develop and lead project initiatives to drive system enhancements, and regulatory changes impacting the Margin Department. 
• Handles any/all aspects of client accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, transactional processing, and problem resolution. Serves as a top level of support for external clients who cannot have problems resolved at a lower level.
• Ensures the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards and is properly reviewed and documented. 
• Recruit, direct, motivate and develop staff, maximize their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. 
• Provides input into departmental budgets and planning. 
• May develop business plans for team/group operations. 
• Manages one or more Client Processing teams.
• Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 1-3 years in management.
• Experience in brokerage processing is preferred. 
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
