JOB SUMMARY:

The Client Partner is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for deepening C-level relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term client success. This role serves as a trusted advisor to Argano’s most strategic clients, aligning their business needs with Argano’s full suite of digital transformation, ERP, and technology solutions.

The Client Partner leverages their prior and extensive experience in consulting or professional services to lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive account growth, and maintain strong client relationships. This role serves as the primary contact for a set of key accounts, working closely with internal and client stakeholders to define and execute integrated, results-driven strategies. The successful Client Partner will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks, ensuring our clients achieve sustainable success.  

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated background of working within an industry and has transitioned into a consulting and/or advisory function within a professional services or consulting firm.  

KEY REPONSIBILITIES:

  • Opportunity development: Drive opportunity development and quota achievement through a combination of direct involvement and facilitation through the extended sales organization.
  • Engagement process: Generate new leads, identify, and qualify opportunities, promote and position Argano’s consulting services and digital solutions, and close deals.
  • 360° Client View: Consolidate insights across all Argano business units to create a comprehensive understanding of each client’s objectives, challenges, and strategic priorities.  Utilizes those insights to identify opportunities to drive deeper client relationships and grow business opportunities that leverage Argano’s full suite of services.
  • Planning Collaboration: Lead and engage cross-practice teams to develop integrated, multi-faceted solutions that address clients’ needs from different perspectives, fostering collaboration between departments.
  • Client Partnership: Actively involve clients in the planning and solution development process, ensuring their long-term goals are aligned for success. 
  • Opportunities & Risks: Identify growth opportunities and potential risks, developing proactive strategies to leverage new opportunities and mitigate risks in real-time.
  • Execution Roadmap: Develop clear, actionable roadmaps with defined milestones, ownership, and success metrics. Ensure clear accountability across teams and stakeholders for timely execution and measurable progress.
  • Continuous Review & Adaptation: Regularly assess account plans, incorporating client feedback and adjusting based on shifting business landscapes. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review progress, pivot strategies, and refine the next steps in collaboration with leadership.
  • Travel as needed to customer sites. 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, economics, or a related field 
  • 15+ years of experience managing strategic accounts in a consulting or professional services organization
  • Proven track record in driving growth across multi-million-dollar accounts and delivering results for large-scale, complex clients.
  • Experience working in industry paired with a strong consulting background with a focus on manufacturing, engineering & construction, high-tech, retail & distribution, life sciences, or food & beverage.
  • Deep expertise in ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft) and digital transformation services.
  • Experience in Data Orchestration and AI Performance Planning experience. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing relationships with c-level decision-makers, influencing stakeholders, and building long-term partnerships.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-practice teams and align multiple functions to achieve shared goals, ensuring that all contributors remain focused on the client’s success.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, execution, and continuous performance improvement.

Preferred Qualifications.

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field preferred.
  • Executive presence with strong negotiation, persuasion, and influence skills.
  • Ability to lead others without direct authority.
  • Passion for long-term client relationship development and strategic business growth.
  • Demonstrated industry thought leadership (e.g., speaking engagements, conference presentations, panelist, articles/white paper author, etc.).

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage CRM platforms, analytics tools, and performance data to drive informed business decisions.
  • Executive Presence & Influence: Exhibit confidence and professionalism in all interactions, effectively representing the company at high-level meetings and events.
  • Technology & Digital Knowledge: Stay abreast of technological advancements relevant to Argano’s solutions and services, leveraging innovation to enhance business operations and service offerings.
  • Innovation Management: Foster a culture of innovation and encourage creative solutions and new idea.
