The SVP of Client Growth is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving client growth, retention, and churn. This position involves developing and executing innovative strategies to enhance client relationships, expand upsell opportunities, and achieve organizational goals. The SVP will lead cross-functional teams of client experience manager and account executives to foster collaboration and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling, and cross-selling to achieve revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with partners, marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and deliver value to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in client growth, business development, or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in selling managed services, client relationship and retention, and technology, healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
