Role Overview:

As the Vice President of Business Development for the Assisted Living Vertical at Hippocratic AI, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and forging strategic partnerships within the assisted living industry. Drawing upon your established network and deep understanding of the assisted living landscape, you will lead initiatives to establish Hippocratic AI as a trusted partner for assisted living communities seeking innovative solutions to enhance resident care and support. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven assisted living and make a meaningful impact on resident outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive adoption of Hippocratic AI's solutions within the assisted living vertical.

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including assisted living communities, industry associations, and thought leaders, to identify partnership opportunities and drive revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor Hippocratic AI's offerings to meet the unique needs and challenges of assisted living communities, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.

  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with assisted living partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships and drive value for both parties.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape within the assisted living sector, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Represent Hippocratic AI at industry events, conferences, and meetings, serving as a trusted advisor and ambassador for our company and products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the assisted living industry, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and forging key relationships.

  • Established network and relationships within the assisted living industry, including with executives, decision-makers, and key opinion leaders.

  • Deep understanding of the assisted living landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and emerging trends shaping the industry.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-making at all levels of an organization.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex business development initiatives, driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving innovation and making a positive impact on resident care and assisted living delivery.
