Our product is a unified litigation platform that enables lawyers and paralegals to safely harness the power of language models and agentic AI throughout the litigation life cycle. About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to support the team with UX brainstorming and guidance.


Responsibilities

  • Provide design support and UX perspective.
  • Audit the product to spot areas where we need to implement the design system and create tickets to drive execution.
  • Proactively audit key workflows with an eye towards making them more intuitive.
  • Helping clean up UX experiences that feel too complex, simplify them and bring them to fruition in intuitive patterns.
  • Implement Design System rules and continue the UX patterns being built in Syllo

Qualifications 

  • At least 8 yrs demonstrating UI/UX experience solving complex products. Before and After case builds are a must.
  • Experience understanding types of users and ways to get the users' needs transferred into intuitive workflows.
  • Ability to make highly complex workflows intuitive
  • Ability to introduce innovative features/workflows to users in a way that drives adoption
  • Knowledge of UX patterns and deep understanding of navigational solutions to take a user from point A to point B in very complex workflows 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and execute on several projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge and understanding of accessibility.
  • Great communication skills, (bare in mind they will be working with non-designers as well, so communicating the concepts and solutions to them in a way they can grasp them is super important.
  • Knowledge of AI coding for Design and UX is a plus.
  • We are looking for someone who is constantly upgrading their craft knowledge. Updating their skills in new tools, new practices, new systems. Always improving workflows to get the job done.
  • We need someone who is fairly organized with their time, respects meetings and other’s times, and is very autonomous on their deliveries.
  • Team-player!
  • Abilities to create wireframes, and prototypes in figma are a plus.
  • Knowledge of how to work with already set Design Systems in Figma, and how to replicate it in their work.
