Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that balance user needs with business goals. In this role, you will lead the UX process from discovery through delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform research and insights into seamless digital products. You will play a key role in defining experience strategies, validating design solutions, and advocating for best UX practices throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Lead UX initiatives from discovery through delivery across digital products.

  • Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Analyze user behavior, business objectives, and competitive landscapes to inform design decisions.

  • Define UX strategies aligned with product and business goals.

  • Create user journeys, user flows, information architecture, and experience maps.

  • Design wireframes, low- and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

  • Produce UX documentation, including personas, storyboards, and design specifications.

  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Strategists, Researchers, and Visual Designers.

  • Present and clearly communicate design rationale to stakeholders.

  • Validate solutions through usability testing and iterative design improvements.

  • Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across responsive web experiences.

  • Support projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX Design or UX/UI Design.

  • Strong proficiency with Figma.

  • Experience designing responsive web applications.

  • Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing.

  • Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.

  • Experience creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.

  • Ability to produce clear UX documentation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • A strong online portfolio showcasing UX case studies and design process.

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required.

    This opportunity is open exclusively to candidates based in Latin America (LATAM).

     

Nice to have

  • Experience with FigJam and Miro.

  • Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Experience using UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or PlaybookUX.

  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.

  • Experience with web analytics tools.

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) best practices.

  • Experience working in Agile product development environments.
