You'll partner with product, design, and engineering to architect and execute mixed-method research that uncovers internal user needs and drives operational excellence. * Drive impactful research initiatives:
* Lead mixed-method research programs that uncover insights, improve internal tools and elevate user satisfaction.
* Champion cross-functional leadership:
* Build strong partnerships with product, design, engineering and executive teams to embed research into decision-making.
* Deliver actionable insights:
* Translate user insights into strategic improvements that enhance coworker experiences and operational fluency.
* Be influential:
* Use persuasive storytelling to influence senior stakeholders, provide thought leadership and support for team growth, and shape the broader vision for user experience and design research.
* What we expect of you:
* Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in human-centered UX research within agency, design, or corporate settings. Or, 9+ years of experience in human-centered UX research within agency, design, or corporate settings.
* Experience in B2B or enterprise tech, with a focus on internal tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and sales enablement solutions a plus
* Proven success leading research programs, sharing expertise across teams to elevate research maturity, and influencing product and design strategy
* Expertise in advanced qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., ethnography, usability testing, behavioral analytics, longitudinal studies, surveys, and A/B testing)
* Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience designing and implementing quantitative analyses.
* Portfolio or work samples showcasing research impact on real-world digital experiences
* Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with a track record of influencing executive stakeholders
* Mastery of tools such as Qualtrics, Dovetail, Adobe Analytics, Figma, and UserTesting Pay range: $103,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials
