Role Overview:

As a Senior UX Engineer, your role will be instrumental in creating intuitive, accessible, and scalable interfaces across our AI-powered enterprise applications. You'll blend a deep understanding of user behavior, front-end expertise, and design sensibility to craft seamless experiences that delight users and drive adoption.


Responsibilities:

  • Human-AI Interaction Experience: Knowledge of how AI models function and experience designing interactions that support explainability and trust.
  • Build user experiences: Translate complex workflows into simple, accessible interfaces.
  • AI UX Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of AI/UX trends, bringing new insights and ideas to improve our human-AI interactions.
  • Build and maintain UI components: Develop scalable, reusable components in modern frameworks, contributing to our design system and shared modules.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure user needs are met.
  • Prototype and validate ideas: Create prototypes to test hypotheses and iterate based on feedback.
  • Growth Mindset: Willingness to experiment, iterate, and learn in a fast-paced AI-driven environment.
  • Ensure performance and scalability: Optimize interfaces for speed and responsiveness in varied environments.
  • Stay at the forefront of technology: Experiment with new tools, frameworks, and approaches to improve user experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship or Greencard is required due to US Government contract requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in front-end or UX engineering roles, ideally working on enterprise software or AI-driven applications.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, Tailwind, or similar).
  • Design Expertise: Strong understanding of design systems, usability principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to translate complex technical and user requirements into simple, elegant solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Figma ↔ Code fluency: Ability to design in Figma and translate components into production-quality code
  • Design Ops / Process: Exposure to RACI, Linear workflows, or design documentation standards
  • Enterprise Workflow Insight: UX experience in platforms like Salesforce, Confluence, or enterprise SaaS
  • Tooling Contributions: Prior ownership or leadership of internal tools or design systems (e.g., Storybook, Chromatic, Radix)
