The Opportunity
We’re looking for a UX Designer who will work collaboratively with strategists, developers, project managers, and clients to turn bold ideas into meaningful digital experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design of high-quality, user-centered solutions for client projects, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
- Take responsibility for end-to-end design deliverables, including research, wireframes, sitemaps, prototypes, and final artifacts.
- Communicate and present user experience research, strategy, and solutions effectively to clients, gathering feedback and iterating as needed.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and strategists to ensure cohesive and functional design implementations.
- Ensure all user experience outputs adhere to the agency's standards, including accessibility and usability guidelines.
Experience & Qualifications
- 6+ years in digital design, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Competent knowledge of visual and interaction design best practices is required.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills are required.
- Proficient in Figma and FigJam/Mural design tools.
- Experience using Jira for task management preferred
- Experienced in planning, running, and evaluating user research tactics, including surveys, card sorting, tree testing, and usability testing. Experience with Optimal Workshop preferred.
- Ability to obtain a Federal background check and receive Public Trust
