Position Summary

Ryan Specialty is seeking a talented and experienced talented Front-end Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us build scalable, no-code applications leveraging Unqork’s low-code/no-code platform.

What will your job entail?

Job Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in Unqork’s no code platform, specializing in configuration and keeping up to date on best practices. 

  • Become an expert in all applications built through Unqork, contributing to their development and maintenance. 

  • Develop technical specs for new applications and features, outlining build in architecture diagrams.

  • Work closely with product owners to design and implement new enterprise applications and application features. 

  • Provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with established architectural principles.

  • Investigate and resolve application issues with end users.

  • Collaborate with technology partners to resolve software issues and provide feedback to request new feature implementation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in software engineering

  • Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, or equivalent practical experience in technical or engineering field. 

  • Experience working with a low code, workflow SAAS application. 

  • Experience in creating software architecture diagrams.

  • Software development experience coding in a general-purpose programming language.

  • Strong Agile proficiency with practical application to deliver incremental, high-quality solutions. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building collaborative relationships across teams and stakeholders. 

  • Insurance Industry Experience (P&C)

  • Unqork Experience is preferred

  • C# experience is preferred

The target salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually.

The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
