- Assist in the issuance, negotiation and maintenance of funding facilities including securitized warehouse , MSR and servicing advance facilities, revolving credit facilities corporate bonds and inter-company lines of credit
- Assist in the management and monitoring of the company's liquidity position, ensuring adequate cash to meet operational needs and maintain compliance with debt covenants
- Engage in ongoing dialogue with banks, rating agencies and other financial partners
- Conduct in-depth analysis on various items, such as competitive benchmarking and counterparty risk assessments, to support the development of funding and risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain awareness of current financial markets, regulatory requirements and industry trends
- Support the team on ad hoc projects and overall Treasury deliverables
