Senior Technology Product Manager

Job Description

The Senior Technology Product Manager will shape product strategy and drive development of the portfolio company e-commerce solutions; leverage extensive experience in technical product management and deep understanding of retail technology to deliver online consumer shopping experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction; define and drive product strategy and roadmap for retail technology solutions, aligning with business goals and market trends; build roadmaps in conjunction with product and strategic leaders across disciplines and forecast and actualize results (customer, business, financial) from roadmap; lead cross-functional teams in the development of new products and features, from ideation to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes; provide technical leadership and guidance; oversee performance and technical implementation of retail technology solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security; oversee development of Product Information Management (PIM) systems, architecture, and integration; lead efforts to optimize site funnel and improve conversion rates through data-driven analysis and experimentation; conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the retail technology space; own key results and metrics for product, tracking and telemetry, and partnering with the analytics team to measure and optimize product performance; collaborate with internal stakeholders, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives; work with engineering, data science, and other teams to co-architect and drive system design; collaborate with user experience designers and engineers to deliver new features and enhanced experiences for our partners to reduce vendor and customer pain points; and drive continuous improvement in product development processes, tools, and methodologies, ensuring a high level of efficiency and effectiveness. Telecommuting allowed from anywhere in the U.S. Annual salary between: $150,000 - $170,000. Job Requirements

Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Business Administration or a related field in lieu of a Master’s degree. Must possess 2 years of experience with Master’s or 5 years of experience with Bachelor’s with the following: (a) building large-scale web-based applications and e-commerce applications; (b) developing front-end customer facing application solutions; (c) implementing security updates, ensuring ADA compliance, and improving workflow driven usability; (d) Wireframes, process flows and data system diagramming; (e) leveraging data and metrics to assess and communicate product decisions; (f) working with Retail Technology or Vendor/Seller domains; (g) delivering complex technical products in a fast-paced environment; (h) utilizing retail technology, including omni-channel and fulfillment systems, inventory management, e-commerce platforms, and payment solutions; (i) utilizing the following tools and technologies: Agile methodologies; SQL; BQ; JQL. Experience may be gained concurrently.
