About the job
  
Goods & Services is looking for a Senior Technical Writer who will own, design, and execute comprehensive documentation strategies for our Mobile & Cloud platform programs, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. The work you produce will be used by external partners and internal technical and regulatory teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to document REST APIs, SDK workflows, and cloud-based architecture.
  • Maintain and organize internal technical knowledge bases using Polarion.

What you’ll need:

  • 4+ years technical writing experience, preferably developing highly-technical user documentation for advanced engineering customers.
  • Experience developing API and SDK documentation for the iOS and Android platforms.
  • Hands on experience with Polarion.
  • BA/BS in Technical Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent written English skills.
  • Excellent verbal interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness and aptitude to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to contribute broadly to documentation structure and design.
  • Comfort with a changing, dynamic software development environment.
  • Able to handle high workload, multiple responsibilities, and tight deadlines.
  • Motivation to succeed while working independently. 

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with content creation on Confluence or similar systems; experience with Arena.
  • Exposure / experience to AI tools to assist with documentation creation.
