Position Summary:

We provide great visibility across multiple business segments at Samsung Research America (SRA), where you will work in a collaborative team environment with the broader HR team.

We are looking for a Sr. Technical Sourcer, who will be responsible for working closely with our engineering teams to build a strong candidate pipeline across a broad spectrum of roles (Robotics, AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, SoC, Digital Health, Data Science) at various levels, including executive level sourcing. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening passive talent and acting as a consultant to Recruiters and Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop impactful and proactive sourcing strategies, that incorporates multi-channel searches and techniques.
  • Create and develop a strong network of potential candidates with an active presence in the market and a deep research-oriented understanding of the industry.
  • Use market data to strategically source candidates and present details to the stakeholders involved, with strategies based on market analysis.
  • Work closely with hiring teams to effectively source and qualify target candidates, while setting clear expectations with a strong understanding of broader business needs.
  • Promote our employer brand while utilizing various advertising techniques to attract top talent.
  • Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired.
  • Demonstrate diversity awareness and utilize sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations.
  • Maintain market/business intelligence regarding function and business unit. alignment, work with hiring managers to build overall understanding of position requirements.
  • Work closely with supporting team members, recruiters and coordinators, to establish successful recruitment processes.

 Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of sourcing experience within an Advanced Technology organization
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Experience sourcing for research scientist and engineer roles, and engaging with niche talent from unique sources
  • Experience working on technology leadership sourcing (mainly in areas of AI, GenAI, ML, CV, Robotics, etc.) for Director+ level positions
  • History of finding potential candidates on social media and professional networks (eg LinkedIn, Slack and Github)
  • Ability to analyze data, understand and present market data for sourcing strategies and calibration
  • Expertise in crafting and sending recruiting emails
  • Experience coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

Hourly Pay Rate Range
$65$85 USD
