As part of our recruiting team, you’ll work alongside technical recruiters to find the best engineering talent for not only what we do and what we build, but who we are as a company. You’ll have a high level of organizational impact by helping to build a world-class engineering team that powers our design and prototyping platform.

Your goal is to creatively find and engage the best engineers for InVision, so you should be comfortable with technical recruiting hubs like San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Austin, Denver, New York, and Boston, to name a few.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with a team of technical recruiters and engineering leadership to create and own the entire sourcing lifecycle from initial outreach to final interviews.
• Proactively find, attract, and engage top engineering talent in creative ways.
• Assist the team in tracking hiring and candidate metrics.

What You’ll Have:

• 5+ years' experience sourcing high caliber technical talent, preferably in both large and startup organizations.
• An innate ability to develop new candidate relationships while using the latest sourcing strategies, tools and your network.
• A strong sense of urgency and ability to quickly prioritize competing tasks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Customer service oriented with an ability to provide a high-touch experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
• An analytical mindset with experience creating / tracking metrics and knowledge of scaling the appropriate workflow of candidates necessary to reach hiring goals.
• Solid tech industry knowledge and understanding.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, remote and fast-paced environment.
