Manage full cycle recruitment for technical roles, leveraging strategic sourcing and technical vetting to ensure a strong candidate experience.
We build professional-grade software used by live-production teams around the world. Our products support worship environments, sports arenas, and conference centers by bringing the content on the big screens to life. As we expand our engineering and QA teams, we’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who can own hiring for a wide range of specialized technical roles.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Full Cycle: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for 15+ technical roles, including macOS (AppKit/SwiftUI) Engineers, Rust/C++ Systems Engineers, and Broadcast QA Specialists.
- Strategic Sourcing: The right candidates often won’t just apply. Leverage your creativity to find and engage with potential candidates.
- Technical Vetting: Conduct initial screens to ensure candidates are both a potential culture and technical fit.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the primary ambassador for our mission, explaining how Renewed Vision helps people tell their stories.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of Technical Recruiting experience, preferably within systems programming, desktop applications, or similar technical fields.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to comfortably evaluate software engineering backgrounds (you don’t need to code, but you must understand core concepts).
- The Hunt: A proven track record of closing "passive" candidates who weren't looking for a new role.
- Process Driven: Experience using ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) to keep a high-volume pipeline organized and moving fast.
- Experience recruiting in broadcast, live production, AV, or media technology
- Prior recruiting in smaller organizations
- Understanding of the church production ecosystem (volunteers, tech directors, production workflows)
