The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment, drive sourcing strategies, and partner with hiring managers to find top talent for Machina Labs.
About Machina Labs
At Machina Labs, we’re reshaping manufacturing through advanced robotics and machine learning. Our platform uses the largest 6-axis robots on the market to form 2D sheets of metal into complex 3D parts, layer-by-layer.
Traditional sheet metal production was designed for scale, not flexibility. It relies on costly dies and tooling that make lower volume projects prohibitively slow and expensive. We’re changing that. Whether you’re a startup building a few thousand airframes or an automaker prototyping next-generation components, Machina Labs gives you the ability to iterate and manufacture at the speed of software.
With support from the venture arms of Toyota, NVIDIA, and Lockheed Martin, we’re accelerating the future of manufacturing, one where factories are flexible, production is on-demand, and innovation is unconstrained.
About The Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be a key player in building Machina Labs' teams. You’ll own the full-cycle recruiting process across concurrent searches, driving top-of-funnel sourcing, candidate experience, and closing. This role requires equal parts operator and relationship-builder—you’ll partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment and deliver A-player talent that raises the bar for our organization.
What You’ll Do
- Source & Pipeline: Drive a proactive sourcing strategy, building diverse candidate pipelines across LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage requisitions from intake to close, including screening, scheduling, interview coordination, and offers.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Run weekly syncs, provide market insights, and offer proactive recommendations on job descriptions, comp ranges, and candidate profiles.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a best-in-class process with timely updates, clear communication, and respectful candidate interactions.
- Process Mastery: Maintain ATS hygiene (Lever), leverage templates and automation, and enable clear reporting on pipeline health and time-to-fill.
- Closing & Offers: Manage candidate expectations, communicate Machina Labs' value proposition and drive a strong offer acceptance rate.
- University Recruiting & Internships: You'll own and build out our university programs.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technical roles (engineering, robotics, AI, or manufacturing a plus).
- Ideally a mix of in-house and agency recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing passive candidates.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to support multiple roles simultaneously.
- Data-driven approach to tracking and improving sourcing efficiency, pipeline health, and candidate quality.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you can pitch both Machina Labs' mission and the specifics of a role with credibility.
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Lever preferred) and sourcing tools.
Why Join Us?
- Direct impact: Your hires will shape the future of manufacturing.
- Growth opportunity: Learn alongside senior leaders and be mentored in advanced recruiting strategy.
- Mission-driven culture: Join a team that values innovation, integrity, and growth.
