What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in building a world-class engineering and technology team by identifying and recruiting top-tier technical talent. Your primary focus will be sourcing, engaging, and assessing candidates with the skills and experience to design, build, and scale innovative solutions. Leveraging your deep technical knowledge and network, you will attract exceptional candidates who align with our company’s culture and can drive the development of cutting-edge products and infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and technical leaders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience and support the company’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted searches to identify and engage top technical talent across disciplines such as software engineering, data science, DevOps, and infrastructure.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing methods, including advanced search techniques, professional networks, technical forums, and industry events, to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical interviews and collaborate with hiring teams to evaluate candidates' expertise, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to define role requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
  • Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding, while delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive market insights to continually refine sourcing strategies and provide market intelligence to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing high-performing engineering and technical talent.
  • Deep understanding of technical roles, tools, and technologies, including programming languages, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, build relationships, and negotiate effectively with top-tier candidates.
  • Proficiency in leveraging recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools to identify and manage candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics to advise hiring managers and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
