Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for supporting special projects, incubation of business unit activities and carrying out the work of the (technical) project management plan. The project manager will partner and work closely with leaders across the organization and complete projects that support the roadmap and strategic vision. They will generally be assigned to small to medium sized projects and medium complexity. They will be responsible for planning, organizing and ensuring completion of projects on schedule and in budget in pursuit of delivering business outcomes. The project manager will work across a variety of business as needed to handle resources and schedules. This includes management of issues, risks and project/ program change requests to ensure successful and timely project delivery. They will also contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving program delivery. 

What you will do

· Lead all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure projects are all aligned with business unit's goals

· Develop status reporting regarding project achievements, project dependencies, risks and issues communicating across various levels of leadership

· Understand the interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs

· Navigate and understand motivations and needs of various internal partners and business partners

· Connect with leadership team, product managers and support specialist on project issues and progress

· Serve as mentor and resource for project managers

· Performs other duties as assigned

· Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience Qualifications

· Typically 5+ years

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $89,600.00 to $179,200.00.  All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta.  All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
