Responsibilities

What you'll do...

  • Serve as the coordination lead for an assigned workstream portfolio, ensuring alignment across the internal ADVEV Digital Transformation team and with broader organizational dependencies.
  • Define and manage quarterly roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Establish and run operating cadences that drive accountability, timely decision-making, and clear escalation paths.
  • Maintain the workstream risk register and proactively lead mitigation planning.
  • Define KPIs and build dashboards to track ADT team delivery, execution health, and business outcomes.
  • Configure and maintain project planning tools, ensuring strong data quality, consistency, and reporting discipline across the ADT team.
  • Partner with the Business Architect and Organizational Change Management team to align stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and support adoption.
  • Define and maintain prioritization frameworks tied to vehicle milestones, business requirements, and transformation goals.
  • Use prioritization frameworks to set, communicate, and justify execution priorities across the portfolio.
  • Keep the lead TPM informed of portfolio progress, key updates, blockers, decisions, and emerging risks.
  • Identify gaps across people, process, tools, and execution; step in where needed or advocate for the right resources to close them.
  • Contribute to the broader success of the team by supporting shared goals, improving ways of working, and helping others succeed.
Qualifications

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Proven experience leading digital transformation, business transformation, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar delivery leadership role.
  • Strong program management skills, including roadmap planning, dependency management, risk management, and executive-level reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on outcomes and execution quality.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience integrating cross-functional teams across business, product, technology, and operations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience using Jira or similar tools for planning, tracking, and team execution.

Even better, you may have….

  • Experience supporting automotive, electric vehicle, connected vehicle, or large-scale digital product organizations.
  • Experience working across both modern digital platforms and legacy enterprise systems.
  • Strong accountability, consistency, and follow-through.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a bias toward simplifying processes and improving team effectiveness.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to complex, fast-moving environments.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
