The Lattice Foundation group is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to help oversee the development and implementation of the core developer platform that enables our internal business lines to build on a software platform to deliver innovative defense products This role will support teams creating internal tools and platform abstractions that significantly enhance productivity, reliability, and scalability across the company. The TPM will partner with the team's Technical Leadership to coordinate the design, development, and deployment of our technical infrastructure, addressing technical challenges from compute technologies to high-performance networking and scalable cloud solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, cloud computing, and program management, with experience in defense or aerospace industries. This role is crucial in advancing Anduril's mission to deliver cutting-edge autonomous capabilities through virtual environments.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support the development of a comprehensive set of internal tools and platform abstractions that significantly enhance productivity, reliability, and scalability across the company
- Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, infrastructure teams, and engineering leadership
- Implement best practices for release management to most efficiently enable Anduril to leverage & move fast to deliver products.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment between technical capabilities and product development needs
- Own coordination of infrastructure deployment across various environments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to aggregate user feedback and onboard new business line
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of five years experience as a TPM in a high-paced, software development environment.
- Have experience deploying software in cloud based and robotics environments
- Robust technical aptitude and an ability to understand technical designs, software development lifecycle, challenges, trade-offs and risks; ability to work closely and effectively with engineering teams.
- Strong experience and familiarity in project management for software development; practical familiarity with a variety of methodologies and ability to apply them where best suited.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive decisions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have background in the platform or infrastructure space
- Familiarity with release management and software build systems.
- Familiarity with defense and aerospace systems, autonomy, or deploying robots.
- Experience shepherding larger infrastructure migrations
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
- Ability to work within organizations with minimal structure and with minimal direction
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, GIAC-PEN, Prosci, SAFe or PMP
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an engineering discipline
