Senior Technical Product Manager

**This position is a remote position that may be based anywhere on the East Coast of the U.S.**

Position Overview

In this role, you will lead the development of innovative AI agents and Platform capabilities to enhance our best-in-class KYC intelligent automation solutions to meet the real-world needs of our clients.  Our solutions will bring valuable capabilities to business process workflows, enabling our customers to automate use cases and tasks across the verticals we serve, including the financial services, insurance and healthcare industries. The ideal candidate for this role has experience and skills that cover product management, technical integrations, API management and partner/client facing relationship management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for AI Agents, partner integrations, 3rd party connectors, APIs and solutions
  • Gather business and technical requirements by working closely with internal product teams, executives, stakeholders, integration partners and external clients
  • Become a SME on integration capabilities between WorkFusion and our technical partners
  • Develop pricing options for cloud and on-premises software
  • Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, sales, marketing, data science and AI/ML research
  • Support GTM internally and externally, develop and communicate product roadmap and release updates regularly

Qualifications/Experience

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience within KYC, AML, Client Lifecycle Management
  • Experience with AI related tooling and real-world use cases / applications
  • Technical experience with API technologies, service architecture, authentication protocols, key management, etc.
  • Proficiency with technical API documentation
  • Experience entering and managing partner relationships
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based software and SaaS integrations and technologies
  • Knowledge of SaaS pricing models
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX), highly empathetic with users, customers, partners and co-workers
  • Experience with product management and product ownership in an agile environment (managing a backlog, SCRUM, PI Planning)
  • Able to demonstrate leadership and independent decision-making throughout the product lifecycle and the software development lifecycle
    Nice to have
  • Exposure to Transaction Monitoring, Fraud and related use cases
  • Business development and partnership contract negotiation experience
  • Experience managing an app or partner marketplace

Our salary for the Sr Product Manager ranges between $125,000 - $150,000 annually and will align with the candidate’s experience and skill set.  This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, based on both individual and company performance.  In addition, Workfusion offers a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life and AD&D Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Unlimited Paid Time Off and 401k (with a Company match of 100% of the first 4%)
