Plus, we take the time to help you enjoy your work, build lasting connections, and grow your role. Join the Appspace team and be a part of a culture that’s helping people everywhere love where they work.

The Role

This is a product role for a Senior PM who brings both technical expertise and experience in Digital Signage. The scope spans active delivery ownership, platform-level technical judgment, and strategic product decisions across within the Digital Signage product as well as the intersection of Digital Signage with employee comms capabilities throughout the platform. Working within the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC), this role operates at the intersection of product strategy, engineering depth, and cross-platform coherence. The business outcomes are ARR growth, customer adoption, and delivery quality across the platform.

What You'll Own
  • Own strategic product decisions for the current product line: how it should be structured, what needs to be fixed or refactored, and how it advances the broader Appspace product strategy.
  • Engage engineering at the level of platform architecture and core frameworks, bringing technical judgment that shapes product decisions across the platform.
  • Apply the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) from discovery through delivery, treating AI as a product design tool, a development accelerator, and a feature layer.
  • Own the adoption and correct application of platform frameworks within the current product line, identifying gaps, misuse, or missed leverage across the codebase and roadmap.
  • Take ownership of platform-level initiatives and features that cross product lines or sit at the foundation of the Appspace platform, alongside current product line delivery.
  • Own roadmap execution including prioritization, escalation management, and delivery quality across engineering cycles.
  • Drive ARR growth through new customer acquisition, expansion, and retention, connecting roadmap decisions to adoption and business outcomes.
  • Translate customer escalations and support signals into prioritized product decisions, distinguishing bugs, product gaps, and adoption issues.
  • Run structured customer discovery to validate priorities and surface needs not visible in feature requests or support queues.
  • Partner with product and engineering leadership to keep the current product line coherent with the broader platform architecture and AI strategy.
  • Represent the product line in cross-functional execution with GTM, Customer Success, and Engineering across global teams in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Build context on new product lines quickly and apply the same technical rigor and strategic judgment across the platform as organizational needs shift.
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, with a track record of owning delivery on complex, technically involved product lines.
  • Market experience delivery digital signage products including experience developing and managing partner integrations.
  • Technical depth. Engages on platform architecture and core frameworks at the level of engineering, not just product oversight.
  • AIDLC experience. Demonstrated experience working within an AI development framework.
  • Delivery ownership. Track record of managing roadmaps under pressure, handling escalations, and shipping outcomes that moved business metrics.
  • Strategic judgment. Able to assess how a product line should be structured, what needs to be fixed or refactored, and how individual decisions connect to broader product strategy.
  • ARR focus. Connects product decisions to new logo acquisition, expansion, and retention. Measures success by business impact.
  • Customer focus. Runs discovery, reads support data, and makes prioritization decisions based on evidence.
  • Platform fluency. Has worked on products where understanding the underlying architecture directly shaped product decisions.
  • Clear communication. Keeps cross-functional teams aligned and communicates effectively with customers, engineering, product management, and other stakeholders.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
